eBizPrime is offering non-tangible assets; therefore, once the order is accomplished and the product is downloaded refund cannot be issued. By using our services you agree to the Refund Policy and are fully responsible for purchases made afterward.

There are exceptional circumstances that may be considered and eligible for the refund.

Therefore, we do offer a refund for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: There is a possibility that due to special mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might have not received a delivery e-mail from us. In this case, you must contact us for assistance. If you choose to file a claim for non-delivery, it must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 14 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded, and therefore will not qualify for a refund;
  • Major defects: Even though all of the products and services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You must file a Claim to the author of the service or digital download. Please be advised, that we may request a temporary access to your server in order to identify and fix an issue. If you fail to provide us access within 7 days of the request, we reserve a right to assume refusal of the provision of the necessary level of access in order to sufficiently troubleshoot and resolve an issue, and therefore, reserve a right to decline your refund request.
  • Product not-as-described: If the product or service purchased are not as described, issues must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. We reserve a right to request clear evidence that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which result in failure to provide sufficient proof will be assumed to be based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes, and may not be honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not provide refunds, returns, nor exchanges due to incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than the ones specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

If your request for a refund is accepted you should support the request with detailed and valid reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure that your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.

A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
